Studying in the United States of America is beneficial as it practical, flexible and rewarding in many ways. There are no courses of studies which are not offered in universities in the USA. There are around 3800 colleges and universities including 60% from the top 100 universities from the world. The advantage of studying in the USA is that students can move to another university, city, or state, can change the field at any time during their study often without wasting or losing any credits.
Undergraduate programs – 10+2 or equivalent and SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores
Postgraduate program – 4 year bachelor degree or equivalent
Engineering courses – GRE scores Graduate Record Examination) score
Past academic record in the same field is preferable although students can change their field of study if they can substantiate it through a strong SOP.
Students from any streams are eligible to appy for MBA or other management courses. But its often seen that universities ask for prior work experience and GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Tests) scores to apply for these programs.
